Low speed large torque Hydraulic Motors include radial piston hydraulic motor, crankshaft connecting rod hydraulic motor, swing-cylinder type hydraulic motor and cycloidal hydraulic motor.
Properties:
1. Large start torque, mechanical efficiency will be more than 0.9 when start, good stability with low speed, can equilibrium running with low speed.
2. Roller support between bent axle and connecting rod, has high mechanical efficiency.
3. Higher power quality ratio, small volume and light weight.
4. Five piston struction with eccentric shaft and low vibration frequency, has advantage of low noise.
5. Good reliability of planar compensation distributor, almost no leakage, plastic piston ring seals between piston and cylinder hole to assure high volume efficiency.
6. Direction of rotation is reversible. Shaft can bear radial and axial force.
